Yes you read that right! We offer retail right here at the butcher shop!! With the process on our fresh meat products happening right here from start to finish, you'll be hard pressed to top them anywhere around!!
Our Products
We offer the general run of the mill cuts (Ribeye Steaks, Chuck Roasts, etc.), but with above average meat. We are also a sausage store, offering our own, made in-house, pork sausage (Really Great Stuff ;).

One of our bestsellers is our Pork Sausage. We stock it in mild, medium and hot. You can buy it in 1lb tubes, patties, and sometimes even in breakfast style links. We also carry bratwurst and Italian sausage.
