Yes you read that right! We offer retail right here at the butcher shop!! With the process on our fresh meat products happening right here from start to finish, you'll be hard pressed to top them anywhere around!!

We offer the general run of the mill cuts (Ribeye Steaks, Chuck Roasts, etc.), but with above average meat. We are also a sausage store, offering our own, made in-house, pork sausage (Really Great Stuff ;).
