CUSTOM BUTcheRING SERVICES

General Overview

Most of our year is spent slaughtering beef/pig/lamb for local farmers to be custom cut to their specifications. Typically, the animals will be delivered around 7 each Monday morning, and we slaughter them all that day. We guarantee a minimum 7 day hang time on beef, with other species being cut the week of slaughter as often as not. There are longer hang time options available if that is preferred.

Detailed Tagging System

 

We know that every person has a certain way they choose to raise and feed their livestock for custom butchering, and of course they want to eat the meat that they worked so hard to raise in a way that they feel proud of!

We detail information in notes and use designated tag numbers for each beef to ensure that your beef is cut to your order.

Custom Orders

We understand that every customer has unique needs and preferences when it comes to their meat. That's why we offer custom orders and try to accommodate special requests. We also offer value added services like preformed patties!

Quaility Packaging

Whether ordering from us or from a different source, the finished, packaged product is still the same. Cuts are vacuumed sealed to extend freezer life and ground meat is stuffed into chubs. 

Customer Service

Efficient Transportation

 All meat is boxed up in cardboard meat trays and boxes for ease of loading and transporting your meat. Not only does this offer great organization, but also helps avoid cold hands at time of pick-up, and can also significantly save you time!

Freshly Ground Beef

Private Labeling

Get your name on your package. You can submit your logo, and we will get you a label set up for you products, that way it's your very own. This is especially popular in USDA Inspected product for resale, but some do it for Not For Sale product as well.
